SHIPPING

Do you ship outside of Australia? 
We ship Australia wide only. 

Do you offer free AUS shipping? 
We offer free shipping if your order is $100 or more! No code needed, automatically updated at checkout.  

How long does shipping take? 
Our estimated order processing time is 1- 3 BUSINESS days

$15.00 - Express Delivery:
2 - 5 BUSINESS days. However, this time frame may be subject to change at any time, due to current circumstances, business closures and annual seasonal periods.

$10.00 - Standard Delivery (authority to leave) OR $13.95 Standard Delivery + Signature:
5 - 8 BUSINESS days. However, this time frame may be subject to change at any time, due to current circumstances, business closures and seasonal periods.
Please note once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. We will do our best to assist you as much as we can from our end, in terms of tracking.
COVID-19 | Due to current circumstances with COVID-19, our current delivery timeframes may differ depending on your residence in Australia. Please note this will not impact our processing time at Indigo Crystals, only delivery time frames with our shipping provides. A tracking number will be sent to you.

Do you offer pick up if I live in Adelaide? 
Yes! We offer a free pick up service from our home - based business in Campbelltown SA 5074. The pick up address will appear at check out once selecting "pick up" in Adelaide option. Your order will need to be completed and paid before pickup. 
Please allow 1-3 BUSINESS days for order processing. We will be in touch via email shortly after to arrange the best pick up time for you!

GENERAL

Where are you located? 
We are a small family run business located in Adelaide, South Australia. 

Where do you source your crystals from? 
Our crystals are sourced from all around the world! Some of these destinations include, (but not limited to): Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, United States, United Kingdom and China. 

Do you offer after pay? 
Yes you can heal now, pay later with Afterpay on our website!

Am I getting the exact same crystal that is photographed? 
Please pay careful attention to the description of each product. We will detail below if the item photographed is the piece we will be sending OR if it will be a piece similar to what is photographed. Due to this, we have chosen to list our collections in two ways.

ONE: 
Set pieces that look very similar and regularly stocked, this may include tumble stones, polished stones by similar measurement, type of crystal/mineral, weight or homeware items. 
TWO:
Individual and unique pieces, usually Raw, Clusters or Geodes. These pieces are entirely unique and will be listed by names or numbers.

My discount code is not working, what do I do? 
If your discount code is not working, we ask that you please ensure everything is spelt exactly how we have written it. This also includes use of capital letters and numbers. Please ensure your promo code is not in conjunction with any other offer/s we currently have. You will only be able to use one discount offer at a time, including if the item is already listed as on sale.

Do you offer order refunds? 
We do NOT offer refunds on any products featured on our website. Please take this into consideration when placing an online order with us. Please ensure you check the product description for sizing, weight or any further details to ensure you understand exactly what you are purchasing. Change of mind or failure to read our product details will not be acceptable, unless otherwise stated by a warranty.  

Do you have a shop front in Adelaide that I can come see the pieces myself? 
Unfortunately, at this point in time we do not offer in-store shopping to sight products due to the privacy of our home - we are online only. 

Do you ethically source crystals? 
Our business goal is to always go above and beyond to source our pieces as ethically as possible. However, we do not own our own mines and are not watching our pieces being mined specifically. Due to this, we can not 100% guarantee that every piece has been ethically sourced, even though it has been stated by our chosen suppliers overseas. 

Do my crystals come with a printed meaning so I remember what they are?
Yes all Crystal/ Mineral or Sage/Cleansing orders include an Indigo Crystals meaning card.

Do you update your shop collections weekly?
We are an aspiring small business and would love to have a set day weekly. However, as we are a young business, we do not have a set day each week. We highly encourage you to sign up to our mailing list and follow our social media accounts to keep updated with our latest collections! 

Do you offer wholesale? 
Unfortunately we currently do not offer wholesale.
